"Eclair" is a long and thin choux pastry filled with plenty of cream. It is a popular dessert that overflows with cream in the mouth. The recipe has been revised so that such "eclairs" can be enjoyed more deliciously, and the smoothness of the cream packed inside has been improved.

"Eclair (Custard)" is a softly baked choux pastry that is stuffed with custard cream that has a smooth texture and is coated with plenty of chocolate.


"Eclair (Mocha)" is a softly baked choux pastry that is stuffed with bittersweet coffee custard cream and coated with plenty of coffee-flavored chocolate.


"Eclair (strawberry)" is a softly baked choux pastry that is stuffed with a slightly sweet and sour strawberry custard cream and coated with a generous amount of strawberry-flavored chocolate.
