Shateraise will release "Children's Day Sweets" on April 23. The lineup includes cakes that celebrate the healthy growth of children.

A decorated cake with the image of a locomotive. One roll cake, one whipped cream cake, one chocolate cream cake, one gateau chocolat, and one fruit cake are combined. Topped with whipped cream, fruit, sugar candy dolls, and fresh chocolate. It measures 37 cm in length and is priced at 4,000 yen (excluding tax, same as below).

Children's Day Assorted Decoration

A single decorated cake with 8 different flavors. One cake each of strawberry miruku, crispy chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate banana, green tea, mixed berry, rare cheese, and marron cakes are combined. It measures 18 cm in diameter and is priced at 2,900 yen.

Happy Animal Decoration with Two Tastes for Children's Day

A decorated cake with whipped cream and chocolate cream. The cake sandwiched with strawberries (with strawberry powder) and whipped cream has a rich and smooth custard in the sponge and is topped with a bear finished with chocolate cream. The cake sandwiched between chocolate cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate with cereal has a sponge filled with rich milk-flavored custard and homemade bean paste, and topped with a panda-chan made with whipped cream. The cake measures 18 cm in diameter and is priced at 3,400 yen.

Children's Day Koinobori Decoration

Moist sponge sandwiched between strawberry cream and strawberry powder. Strawberries, strawberry cream, and chocolate are used to create a Koinobori (carp streamer). The length is 18cm and the price is 1,800 yen.

Pudding a la mode with chocolate cake in the shape of a cute bear and fruit decorations. Moist cocoa sponge is layered with custard cream with whipped cream, baked pudding made with fresh eggs, and a generous amount of melt-in-your-mouth whipped cream. The price is 420 yen.

Children's Day Premium Kabuto Cake

This cake is made in the shape of a headpiece to pray for the healthy growth of boys and to protect them from illness and accidents. Whipped cream with cookie crunch, strawberries and bananas are sandwiched between cocoa sponge and topped with chocolate cream with marshmallows. The price is 550 yen.

Allergy-Friendly Cake

Children's Day Milk-, Egg- and Flour-Free Decoration

This Children's Day cake is decorated without milk, eggs or flour. Soy milk cream is used instead of whipped cream, soy protein is used instead of eggs in the sponge, and rice flour is used instead of wheat flour. The sponge, made with the finest ingredients and manufacturing methods, sandwiches soy milk cream and sweet and sour strawberry compote. Fresh strawberries are served as an optional garnish, and the dairy-, egg-, and wheat-free decoration set can be decorated as desired. It is 15 cm in diameter and priced at 3,093 yen.
