Morihachi "Japanese summer jelly" and "Kuzuhime

Morihachi announced on its official website that its seasonal confections "Japanese Summer Jelly" and "Kuzuhime" are now on sale. They are made with local products from Ishikawa Prefecture.

Japanese Summer Jelly is an assortment of three different flavors. Kaga-bocha Jelly" uses traditional Kaga-bocha tea and Noto Dainagon azuki beans, "Noto's Treasure Jelly (Akasaki Strawberry)" combines aromatic Akasaki strawberry paste and Noto Dainagon azuki beans, and "Ruby Romain" uses grape Ruby Romain, Noto's famous Hodatsukuzu and crude salt from Noto. The "Ruby Roman" is made from grapes, Noto's famous Hodatsukuzu (kuzu) and Noto's coarse salt.

Kuzuhime" is an easy-to-eat kuzumochi made from Hodatsu kuzu, known as the official kuzu of the Kaga Clan, and offers a glutinous kuzu texture and the refreshing flavors of Kanazawa yuzu, Noto kiwi, and Noto blueberries.
