The first phase, under the theme of "LOVE COFFEE," proposes new ways to enjoy coffee in a new era while taking a fresh look at its appeal.

The base is a custard base made with mascarpone cheese and egg yolks. It has a firm richness and sweetness, and when inhaled, the dusty coffee cake crumb jumps into the air. The texture of the cake combined with the richness of the custard base is just like "drinking tiramisu!"

The coffee cake crumb has iced coffee soaked into the sponge, and the combination of the aromatic espresso roast and the subtle vanilla flavor of the sponge cake gives it just the right amount of coffee.
