Summer Palais Chocolat

Pare chocolate with a refreshing taste that melts quickly. Using various materials such as crackling candies and dried fruits, it is finished with particular attention to the aroma and texture. It is recommended not only to eat it as it is, but also to cool it in the refrigerator. The price is 270 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Chocolat Mizuyokan

Bel Amer's summer staple, the scent of chocolate and the flavor of red bean paste spread softly. Lemon, Japanese chestnut, and azuki beans are combined with the smooth yokan made from chocolate. It tastes better when cooled well. The price is 650 yen for 3 pieces and 3,000 yen for 15 pieces.

Fruit jelly & shoko mousse

A new cool confectionery made in two layers, a plump fruit jelly and a smooth mousse that makes the best use of the richness of milk chocolate and white chocolate. The jelly contains fruit pulp and cube jelly, and you can enjoy the juicy taste and texture of the fruit. Four types of grapes, passion fruit, peach and berries. The price is 1,600 yen for 4 pieces and 3,000 yen for 8 pieces.
