According to Sankt Gallen, citrus fruits alternate between a good harvest front year and vice versa, and most Shonan Gold has a "front year" in 2021. However, due to less rain during the fruit enlargement period in December 2020, the overall size is smaller. The sugar content tends to be high.


This time, such fruits were cut by a beer craftsman, and the whole skin and juice were put in without any part to be thrown away, and the amount used was 30% of the amount of malt. It is finished as a liquor with the flavor of Shonan Gold, such as the scent when poured into a glass and the scent that goes through the nose when it is put in the mouth.


In Japan, when fruits are used for beer, it is stipulated that the amount of malt is within 5%, but Shonan Gold exceeds that, so it is not described as beer and is called "happoshu". However, since the malt rate is high, the actual tax rate is the same as beer.


Orange Day on April 14th, which is the release date, is registered with the Japan Anniversary Association as the third love day following Valentine's Day on February 14th and White Day on March 14th.
