1 chicken breast, 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon sugar / salt
Pepper a little 2 tablespoons of potato starch
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 large leaves
How to make
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces 1 cm thick.Mix sake, mayonnaise, sugar and salt in a bowl or plastic bag, soak chicken breast and leave for about 10 minutes.
Add potato starch and sprinkle on the whole.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and line up the chicken breast. Cover and bake on medium heat for 2 minutes.
