MONTEUR "Kikyo Shingen Pudding"

MONTEUR will release "Kikyo Shingen Pudding" in collaboration with Yamanashi's famous confectionery "Kikyo Shingen Mochi" on April 1st. Handling at supermarkets in the Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, and Chugoku-Shikoku areas.

"Kikyou Shingen Pudding" is a pudding made by squeezing a generous amount of black honey cream on kinako pudding and topping it with black honey paste. Kinako pudding uses low-temperature sterilized milk, which is carefully made in-house, and kinako, which is characterized by its finely crushed fragrance. You can enjoy the flavorful scent of soybean flour and the smooth texture of pudding.

The black honey cream is combined with Kikyouya's dark black honey and homemade custard cooked in a copper kettle is added to create a deep flavor that emphasizes the unique richness and flavor of black honey. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle sweetness and aroma of kinako and the rich taste of cream spread softly, and the rich sweetness of black honey paste accentuates and overlaps.
