At each Marugame Seimen store, "Kobe beef and Yamato potato torotama udon" (normal 890 yen, tax included) and "Kobe beef sukiyaki bowl" (normal 590 yen, tax included) will be available for a limited time from April 6th. It is offered at an "affordable price" with the hope that many people will be energized by eating special udon and rice bowls made with Kobe beef.

"Kobe beef and Yamato potato tororo udon" is a dish that you can enjoy the carefully selected Kobe beef from Tajima beef produced in Hyogo prefecture and the tenacious and rich Yamato potato tororo entwined with the noodles. The flavorful soy sauce-based dark bukkake udon is topped with Kobe beef, which has a sweet sukiyaki-style fat, rich Yamato tororo, and onsen tamago, and is finished with trefoil. Tororo is a combination of two types of sticky Yamato and Nagaimo, and is tailored to be well entwined with noodles and Kobe beef.

"Kobe beef sukiyaki bowl" is a dish that is finished in a sweet and spicy sukiyaki style with sanon tou and cooked soup. Only raw egg yolks are topped for a richer and richer taste. White sesame is sprinkled on the finish to add aroma. A bowl of high-quality fat that melts from Kobe beef and rich egg yolk that is firmly entwined with rice. A little addition of "wasabi" is also recommended.
