Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe will release a limited spring menu such as "Spring Domestic Fruit Parfait" on April 1st. Two types of "Strawberry Parfait" are also available.

Spring domestic fruit parfait

A parfait made with seasonal citrus fruits. Enjoy the flavors of vanilla ice cream, rose jelly and tangerine sorbet. The price is 2,300 yen (tax included, same below).

Kaoru Spring Citrus Smooth & Jelly

A well-balanced dish with seasonal citrus mousse, lime-flavored white chocolate mousse, and strawberry ice cream. Taste with Franboise and white peach sauce. The price is 2,100 yen with a drink.

Shiseido Parlor Story

Weekday-only Hachette dessert where you can enjoy the traditional menu and seasonal menu of the Ginza main store Salon de Cafe at the same time. You can enjoy mini strawberry parfait, mini custard pudding, mini chocolate parfait, seasonal citrus jelly, seasonal fruit, lemon tart, and fruit bavarois. The price is 2,600 yen with a drink.

Strawberry parfait

"Sachinoka Strawberry Parfait from Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture" is a parfait made from strawberry "Sachinoka" that has been carefully grown in the cool environment of Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. The price is 2,000 yen.


"Special Strawberry Parfait of" Echigohime "from Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture" is a parfait using the original strawberry "Echigohime" of Niigata Prefecture. Strawberries grown in a snowy country with nutrients are soft flesh and have a fragrant and juicy taste. The price is 2,500 yen.
