How to make
Cut the konjac into small bite-sized pieces.Cut the pork ribs into 3-4 cm pieces and fry in a hot frying pan. The fat of the pork roses dissolves, so you don't have to grind the oil.
When cooked, add konjac and fry further.
When the konjac is oiled, add soy sauce, mirin, Japanese-style dashi stock, and sugar, and mix briefly. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes to soak in the flavor. To finish, remove the lid and let the water dry.
Take it on a plate and top it with green onions and white sesame seeds.
