"Spring Man Sankeien Aya Chirashizushi" will appear as a collaboration project between Kiyoken, Sankeien Garden Hokatsukai, and Yokohama City Transportation Bureau. It will be sold in stores and in limited quantities from March 19th to April 15th.

The selling price is 880 yen (tax included). The staple food "Chirashi sushi" is vinegared shrimp, boiled anago, tobiko, seasoned shiitake mushrooms, auction, pickled lotus root, and broth egg.

The side dishes are "rape blossoms, bamboo shoots and carrots," "old-fashioned dumplings," two, and "sweet and sour ginger." "Sakura-shaped flower mochi" is also packed in the dessert, and it is devised so that you can feel the arrival of spring.

The hanging paper is a limited edition with photographs of the old architecture of Sankeien Garden used in the design. Kiyoken's official character "Hyo-chan" and Yokohama City Transportation Bureau's official character "Hamarin" are shown to guide you through the beautiful Sankeien Garden.
