"Geratte" is a new type of sweet drink with layers of coffee, fruit, jelly, milk, etc. that you can enjoy while shaking and mixing. You can adjust the size of the jelly grains and the mixing of the ingredients by adjusting the number of shakes and the strength of the jelly to create the desired texture. "Spring! Matcha Matcha Gelatte" is the first Japanese drink in Gelatte, consisting of eight layers of green and cherry blossoms. Matcha agar, matcha sauce, matcha milk pudding with low sweetness, and elasticity, using matcha from "Shimokita Chaen Oyama", which has the title of 10-dan tea master, based on crisp grained yokan. Milk pudding, jelly with flesh that has a sour taste that enhances the flavor of matcha, and cherry milk foam, which is a mixture of milk foam and moderately salty cherry jelly, are added and finished with matcha powder.
