The seasonal "Milk Cheesecake Strawberry" was released on March 8th by the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. From the long-selling "Milk Cheesecake" at the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory, a special new flavor for this spring has appeared. The price is 2,000 yen (excluding tax).

"Milk cheese cake strawberry" is "strawberry mousse" which is a combination of Amaou strawberry puree from Fukuoka prefecture, mascarpone from Hokkaido and cream cheese, and "mouse fromage" which is cream cheese from Hokkaido and fresh cream.

The two delicious flavors are gently wrapped in a moist crepe dough, and the strawberry-flavored crumbs add a lovely touch. The sweet and sour taste of strawberries and the mellow taste of mousse spread throughout the mouth.

The taste of strawberry milk as a cake is unique to the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. It is also recommended as a companion or gift for spring tea time.
