Asparagus roll

"Asparagus rolls" is 300 yen per piece. A popular spring menu with asparagus wrapped in pork loin. You can enjoy the combination of the crisp texture of asparagus and the tonkatsu sauce of Maisen. It will be on sale from March 17th to May 11th.

Black pork cabbage menchi katsu

"Kurobuta cabbage menchi katsu" is 249 yen per piece. It is a spring-specific menchi-katsu that combines the sweetness of spring cabbage and the umami of minced black pork. You can enjoy the texture of cabbage with the gravy of black pork. A dish that you can enjoy with Maisen's Tonkatsu sauce. It will be on sale from March 31st to May 11th.
