"Full bloom-Strawberry and cherry blossom cake-" is a cake in which strawberries cut like cherry blossom petals are beautifully decorated with the image of cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can enjoy the fragrant cherry bean paste cream and strawberry mousse with the slightly salty cherry blossoms. The price is 950 yen per piece (tax included, same below).


On the other hand, "Hazakura-Strawberry and Pistachio Cream Cake-" is a cake in which strawberries and young leaves that have begun to sprout are expressed in pistachio cream and kiwi. You can enjoy the slightly salty cherry blossoms along with the bittersweet matcha mousse. A dish with the image of a leaf cherry tree where the cherry blossoms turn into fresh green. The price is 950 yen per piece.
