"Uji Matcha and Azuki Cheese Tart Small Size" is a cheese tart where you can enjoy the "Japanese taste" of the deep aroma of Uji Matcha and the elegant taste of red bean paste. A special matcha cream is squeezed by layering bean paste and custard cream cooked with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido on cheese dough, and combining Uji matcha, custard cream, and fresh cream from Kyoto prefecture. Topped with orange peel and sliced almonds.


A little small size with a diameter of about 11 cm. It is perfect for one or two people to enjoy.
