From Monteur, "Cream Fresh Sand Custard & Milk" and "Cream Fresh Sand Chocolate & Milk" are now available. It will be on sale from March 1st at supermarkets nationwide. The price is 150 yen each and 180 yen (excluding tax) only in Okinawa.

"Cream Fresh Sand Custard & Milk" is a soft and moist dough with two layers of milk cream and custard cream blended with Hokkaido cream. A simple and rich custard cream, a milk cream with a refreshing aftertaste with Western liquor, and a dough that melts in the mouth spread together.


Uses Monter's special custard, which is carefully cooked using a copper kettle with excellent thermal efficiency. It has a smooth and rich taste with the flavor of the ingredients. The sponge dough is soft and light with a lot of eggs added to match with plenty of cream.

"Cream Fresh Sand Chocolate & Milk" is a soft chocolate dough made from milk cream containing Hokkaido cream, Belgian chocolate paste cooked in a copper kettle, and chocolate cream with fresh chocolate. You can enjoy the contrast between the smooth milk cream and the rich, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cream. Limited time until April 30th.
