At each of the fruit tart specialty stores "Kilfebon", a new white tart "Strawberry and Orange Mousse Tart" using plenty of seasonal strawberries will be released on March 1st.

"Strawberry and orange mousse tart" is a gorgeous tart that is perfect for White Day. Crispy white chocolate is layered with refreshing orange and strawberry mousse, combined with sweet and sour jam. Accented with strawberry and raspberry jam and the sweetness of white chocolate. It is finished in a refreshing taste that makes you feel the arrival of spring.


The colorful cross sections of orange, pink, white, and red are also important points. Pearl chocolate on top of strawberries and gold powder sprinkled on whipped cream create a gorgeous gift.


The price is 961 yen for the piece, 5,076 yen for the hall (17 cm), and 9,612 yen for the hall (25 cm) (8% tax included). The tax rate is different when using the cafe.
