Colombin "Hinamatsuri Petit Fours"

At each Colombin store, a bite-sized cake "Hinamatsuri Petit Fours" will be on sale for a limited time from February 28th to March 3rd (the sales period may vary depending on the store). Reservations can be made at the store from February 20th. The price is 1,800 yen (excluding tax).

The tiered decorations of the Hinamatsuri are expressed in petit fours. You can enjoy it by standing the lid of the dressing box like a folding screen and decorating it compactly. The whole petit four is finished with butter cream, and no alcohol is used so that children can eat it. Each one is handmade and carefully finished. The product size is 228 x 115 x 70 mm in height.

・ Hina-sama
The head is meringue and the body is peach butter cream. The male chicks are dressed in kiwi and the female chicks are dressed in raspberry jelly.

・ Bonbori
The tart base is coated with white chocolate. The image is a dim light with drain cherry, chocolate butter cream, and silver powder.

・ Hishi mochi
The image of Hishi mochi is made by stacking sponge cakes in three colors (red, white, and green). Peach butter cream is sandwiched between the cakes.

Squeeze three-color peach butter cream on a sponge cake and coat it with white chocolate. It is decorated with gorgeous gold powder.

・ Peach blossom
Peach butter cream and jocondo dough are layered in 5 layers and topped with red and white peach blossom-shaped chocolate.
