"Peach Anmitsu" will be on sale from February 16th to March 3rd at Funabashiya and Funabashiya Koyomi stores and on the official online shopping site. Anmitsu for a limited time, perfect for the Doll's Festival. The price is 565 yen (excluding tax).

"Peach Anmitsu" is a flavorful peach agar with three-color fertilizer added to match the Hinamatsuri, which is a festival of peaches. Three-color fertilizer expresses Hishi mochi and is a lucky dish. Sweet and sour strawberries and oranges go great with juicy peach agar. You can also enjoy the texture with the kuzumochi. A Kanto-style Kuzumochi restaurant that was founded in the Edo period in 1805 and celebrated its 216th anniversary in 2021. Funabashiya's Kuzumochi is steamed by lactic acid fermentation of "wheat starch" for 450 days. Because it is lactic acid fermented for a long time, it produces a unique texture and elasticity.
