A recipe for fried chicken with the flavor of Saizeriya's "spicy chicken" style. It has a spicy flavor but is not as spicy as stimulating, so even people who do not like spicy food and children can enjoy it.
Saizeriya "Spicy Chicken" Style Chicken
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
10 chicken wings2 tablespoons gochujang (red pepper paste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chicken broth
2 teaspoons garlic tube
katakuriko (potato starch) as needed
A dash of salad oil
Directions
Cut off the joint part of the chicken wings. The thin side is not used this time for ease of eating (it can be used for soup, etc.).
Mix gochujang, salt, chicken broth, and garlic, and toss the mixture over the wings. It is easier to work with a plastic bag.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Remove the chicken from the sauce and sprinkle with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the chicken on both sides until crispy. A depth of about 1 cm is sufficient for the oil; be careful not to use too much or the inside will not be cooked through.

How does it taste?

Underneath the thin, crispy batter is juicy chicken! The sweet and spicy taste of gochujang, a slightly junky sauce, matches the umami of the chicken, creating an irresistible taste. 5 pieces for one person is just a short time.

The slight red color of the chicken gives it a spicy chicken look! The kids will love this recipe. Kids will love the taste.
