Sushiro "Crab Festival"

"Crab Festival" will be held from February 10th at each Sushiro store. A total of 11 kinds of crab menus are available. The lineup is below. Price does not include tax.

Crab tartar

Serve a generous amount of tartar sauce on the boiled meat. Using a firm texture and umami crab, it goes well with homemade tartar with a mellow acidity. The price is 100 yen.

Raw book snow crab stripped tempura

"Namamoto Snow Crab Stripped Tempura", which will be released on February 15, is made by condensing the raw snow crab meat into tempura. The crab is not seasoned so that you can enjoy the original sweetness, umami, and texture. The price is 150 yen.
