A cake that uses mellow Belgian couverture to enjoy the rich chocolate flavor. On top of the cocoa sponge, I put a thick chocolate mousse on it, sprinkled it with glasage, and sprinkled it with gold powder. Glasage chocolate is a chocolate sauce that is coated to give the surface of the cake a luster. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

A cake that uses maltitol or erythritol instead of sugar, and dietary fiber or soybean flour instead of wheat flour. The amount of sugar per piece is reduced to 4.9g (0.32oz) (excluding erythritol and maltitol), and the amount of sugar is reduced by 86% compared to the 2015 Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan (7th edition) "Shortcake". The price is 300 yen.
