"Soy BBQ Cheeseburger" will be on sale as a regular menu from February 15th at each Lotteria store (excluding some stores). The price is 364 yen (excluding tax).

Lotteria has focused on fake meat (alternative meat) that does not use beef as part of its environmental protection efforts, and has developed "Soy Patty" that uses the vegetable protein "soy". In May 2019, we launched "Soy Vegetable Hamburger". In May 2020, we renewed "Soy Patty" and added "Soy Vegetable Cheeseburger" to our new lineup, which has been well received.


This time, in order to make the burger using "Soi Patty" more enjoyable, we are selling a new product "Soi BBQ Cheeseburger" with a full-fledged taste as a regular menu. Lotteria's original "Soy Patty" is used, which reproduces a texture close to meat by using soybeans that are fluffy and granulated, and contains spices in consideration of compatibility with various ingredients.


Lotteria's original BBQ sauce smoked with a broad-leaved tree of the walnut family called hickory and honey mustard sauce using Argentine honey are combined and sandwiched with sliced cheese, sliced onion, pickles and buns rich in wheat flavor. With a calorie of about 302 kcal, this burger allows you to enjoy a healthy and authentic taste.
