"Large Oyster Chige Fair" and "Cheese Cream Fair" will be held at each Big Boy and Victoria Station store. From February 9th to early March, a total of 4 types of fair menus will be available.
In the "Large Oyster Jjigae" menu, plenty of large oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture are simmered in Big Boy's original Jjigae soup with hamburger steak or chicken. Red miso and oyster sauce add richness to Korean chili pepper soup, and oyster soy sauce with a secret flavor adds umami. You can also adjust the spiciness to your liking with the attached Korean pepper. You can enjoy the chige soup with the umami of oysters even if you put rice in the 〆.
The "Cheese Cream" menu features a white sauce that uses four types of cheese: raclette, gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella. The baking time is adjusted to make the best use of the cheese's growth and flavor. The rich cheese cream, which uses authentic Swiss raclette cheese and has a mellow scent, is tailored to be enjoyed to the end by scooping it with a baguette. Tomato sauce is also added, and it is devised so that the taste will not get tired.
