The "Japanese Strawberry" fair will be held from February 4th to March 3rd at Cafe Comsa. We develop original varieties developed at the farm and limited cakes using carefully selected rare strawberries that are rarely distributed.

・ Cake from "Kotoka" from Heguri Town, Nara Prefecture A cake decorated with a whole grain so that you can enjoy the rich sweetness and mellow scent of "Kotoka". Based on Fromage Blanc, you can enjoy the deliciousness of "Kotoka" itself. The price is 1,300 yen per piece (tax included, same below).


・ Shortcake of "Marihime" from Wakayama prefecture
A shortcake of Wakayama prefecture's original strawberry "Marihime" with rich sweetness and elegant acidity, combined with low-sweetness cream. Enjoy with sweet and sour raspberry cream. The price is 1,300 yen per piece.

・ Mille crêpes from Tochigi prefecture "Tochiaika"
A cake decorated with caramel crepe using Tochigi prefecture strawberry "Tochiaika" with a strong sweetness and freshness. Based on mascarpone, you can enjoy the deliciousness of "Tochiaika" that fills your mouth. The price is 980 yen per piece. It will not be available at the Ginza store.
