Banana Bread" easy recipe with pancake mix and rice cooker
Ingredients
Here is what you need to prepare. (The recipe is based on Morinaga Seika's recipe.3 bananas
150 g pancake mix
45 g butter
1 egg
70 ml milk
45g (1.59oz) sugar
Method
Peel and cut two bananas in half lengthwise. Place 2 or 3 bananas, cut side down, in the bottom of the rice cooker to form a cluster.

Roughly mash the rest of the sliced banana and the other banana with a fork.

Place the butter in a heatproof container and microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Add the mashed banana, egg, milk, and sugar and mix well with a whisk.

Add pancake mix and mix well.

Gently pour the dough into the cooking pot. Be careful not to move the lined bananas.

If your rice cooker has a cake mode, use the cake mode. If not, use the normal rice cooking mode.
If the rice is half baked, cook the rice again and check every 10 minutes to see if it is baked.

Turn the pot over, remove to a plate, and voila!

How does the banana bread taste?
When you take a bite, it is soft and fluffy, but when you bite into it, the sweetness of the banana melts into a moist and chewy texture. Delicious! There is no unnecessary sweetness, making it a perfect snack for adults. It goes well with coffee or herbal tea. It is also recommended for breakfast, as it is easy to eat and melt in your mouth.

You can drizzle honey, powdered sugar, whipped cream or ice cream on top if you like! But it's very tasty as is without any toppings, so if you have bananas and pancake mix, give it a try!
