I tried FamilyMart's "Rich Chocolat Eclair". Supervised by Chef Ujiie of Kens Cafe Tokyo. Eclairs have a casual atmosphere that is easy to pick up and a fashionable Western confectionery.

The selling price is 178 yen (tax included) and the calories are 247 kcal. The original chocolate "Ecuador Special 56%" exclusively for FamilyMart is used, and "Bean to Bar" is launched.


When you pick up the package, it is a large size. The eclairs inside are also said to have a good diameter and length, and are as voluminous as sweet bread. When I cut it right away, it's full of chocolate cream.


A well-balanced finish with the crispness of the chocolate on top, the crisp texture of the teeth, and the thick texture of the cream. It's a very natural eclair, but the scent of cacao is stronger.


Compared to "Sachertorte ", which is also supervised by Ken's Cafe, the sweetness felt a little milder. It is also suitable for light meals because it looks and feels voluminous. Black coffee is recommended for drinks.
