Nogami's Unshu mandarin jam

A juicy and fragrant jam made by slicing "Arida oranges" from Wakayama prefecture together with the flesh. With a light and nostalgic taste, you can enjoy the compatibility with Nogami's raw bread. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included) per bottle.

The producer of mandarin oranges is the sixth generation of a farmer who has been handed down since the Edo period in Wakayama prefecture. We grow Arita mandarin oranges that can be eaten up to the skin by growing them in the high-quality soil of natural circulation agriculture without using pesticides as much as possible.

You can apply it to raw bread as it is, or you can arrange it in combination with other ingredients. The recommended arrangements are as follows.

Luxury raw bread with plenty of oranges

Spread Citrus unshiu jam on raw bread, line up the peeled oranges, and sprinkle with crushed mixed nuts and cinnamon sugar.
