The 2021 Valentine's collection "La Fondue" is on sale from Franceya Confectionery. The price is 1,200 yen for 5 pieces and 2,000 yen for 8 pieces (excluding tax).

"La Fondue" is the softest raw chocolate since its founding in 1947. It was made with the highest priority on "how to enjoy the freshly made deliciousness". It features the finest melting in the mouth, which melts at body temperature and disappears as it is when put in the mouth.

"Milk" is the most basic but chocolate flavor. By using more cream than regular pavé chocolate, it is finished in a smooth mouthfeel.

"Vanilla" is recommended for those who like sweetness. White chocolate dough mixed with vanilla beans is wrapped in cocoa powder.

"Matcha" uses matcha blended by Gion Kitagawa Hanbei Shoten for "La Fondue". You can enjoy the flavor of matcha and the scent that goes through your nasal cavity.

"Coffee" is a chocolate dough made from Kyoto Ogawa Coffee's bird-friendly and decorated with powdered sugar. You can enjoy the bitterness of coffee while retaining the sweetness of chocolate.

Only Kyoto is sold at the Valentine's Day exhibition hall so that you can enjoy the freshly melted deliciousness. From January 20th, it will be available at Takashimaya Kyoto store "Amour du Chocolat" and Daimaru Kyoto store "Chocolat Promenade", and from February 1st at JR Kyoto Isetan "Salon du Chocolat 2021".

The French shop confectionery online shop accepts reservations for build-to-order manufacturing, limited to 50 boxes each time. The 1st deadline is January 29th, the 2nd deadline is February 5th, and the 3rd deadline is February 7th.
