"Massaman Curry" to be released this time is Thai food that is said to be "the most delicious food in the world". The rich coconut milk and several kinds of spices are scented in the curry roux, and chicken thighs baked juicy on an iron plate and potatoes from Hokkaido are added to create a rugged finish.
