The raw material used is Couverture chocolate from the well-established Swiss chocolate maker Ferklin. Ferklin is a small-scale manufacturer that pays close attention to quality, such as purchasing carefully selected cacao beans directly from contract farmers and roasting them at low temperatures for a long time.

100% of the couverture chocolate is used for "Pave de Chocolat". By carefully kneading it, the taste has a good balance of bitterness and acidity, and it melts in the mouth smoothly. It's not just chocolate cake, it's a dish filled with tops' commitment to chocolate.
