This product is a commercialization of the work selected for the highest award from the works planned by the students in collaboration with Mode Gakuen. The concept of "it feels okay to eat garlic because it's Friday" is straightforwardly expressed in the product name and package design.

The noodles are thick noodles that are firm and chewy. Based on the umami of pork, a pork bone soy sauce soup with a rich emulsified feeling of garlic is combined. It is finished with a sprinkle that combines the attached "raw grated garlic" with fried garlic, minced meat, egg, and leek.
