The most popular "Madeleine" in the baked confectionery section of the Ginza Cozy Corner will feature the deliciousness of spring only this year. In addition to "Momo Madeleine" and "Sakura Madeleine", a gift "Spring Madeleine" will be prepared.

"Momo Madeleine" is a madeleine baked using the white peach "Hakuho", which is characterized by its mellow aroma and sweetness. Along with the soft, moist and gentle texture, the scent and sweetness of Hakuho spreads throughout your mouth. The price is 86 yen (tax included, same below).


On the other hand, "Sakura Madeleine" is a seasonal madeleine with a scent of cherry blossoms, in which domestic cherry blossom paste is kneaded into the dough. You can enjoy the taste only in spring. The price is 86 yen.


"Spring Madeleine (6 pieces)" is a gift set containing 2 each of 3 types of thigh madeleine, sakura madeleine, and butter madeleine. Butter Madeleine is made with domestic butter and you can enjoy the rich taste of butter and eggs. The price is 540 yen.


"Spring Madeleine (12 pieces)" is an assortment of 4 types of thigh madeleine, sakura madeleine, strawberry madeleine, and butter madeleine. Strawberry madeleine has a gorgeous scent of "Amaou strawberry" and a slightly sweet and sour taste. The price is 1,080 yen.
