1 piece of cut rice cake 1 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
[Cinnamon flavor]
1 piece of cut rice cake A mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar (sugar) at a ratio of 1:14.
How to make
Cut the mochi into dice about 1 cm square. Is it just right to divide one into eight equal parts?Arrange the rice cakes on the parchment paper at intervals and heat them in the microwave (500W) for 3 and a half to 4 minutes.
[Soy sauce flavor]
Mix soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, add the baked rice cake and entangle it quickly. Arrange them on a cooking sheet and let them dry for about 10 minutes to complete.
[Cinnamon sugar flavor]
Quickly moisten the baked mochi with a small amount of water and sprinkle with the combined cinnamon sugar.
What's the taste?
It's crispy when you eat it quickly, and it's messed up while you're chewing! The sweet and soy sauce taste is of course stable, but I personally like the cinnamon sugar taste because it is novel. The exotic scent of cinnamon and the sweetness of sugar are a perfect match for the savory rice cracker-style okaki! It's so delicious that you can't stop eating. It's easy to make without using fire, so if you're tired of eating mochi, please try it!
