・ Shoko mousse


A cake made by layering chocolate mousse with a smooth texture using four types of Belgian chocolate and cocoa sponge dough. Chocolate chips are sprinkled on the lower mousse to add an accent to the texture. The top surface is glossy with glasage chocolate and topped with gold powder. A cake with chocolate cream, Belgian chocolate chips, and orange peel sandwiched in a waffle dough with a soft and moist texture.
