Among apples, "Fuji" and "Jonathan", which are often used as bread ingredients, and "Orin", which is not usually matched with bread, are also used, and an original menu was devised by a donk baker. "Jonathan and Fuji apple brioche ring" is 368 yen. The moist brioche is combined with sweet and sour red balls, and the crispy texture of the Fuji apple topping is accented.


"Aomori apple and cinnamon brioche" is 951 yen per piece and 238 yen per quarter. You can enjoy the scent of butter and cinnamon that exudes slowly in the flavorful brioche. A dish that makes you feel the refreshing sweet and sour juicy apples.


"Pom et Fromage" is 281 yen. Cream cheese with honey and Fuji apples pickled in syrup are wrapped in bread and topped with fresh Orin apples. The texture of the walnut is an accent.


"Aomori apple koppe bread" is 216 yen. The soft and soft bread, custard cream with honey and cream cheese, and the sweet and sour taste of Jonathan apples go well together. You can easily enjoy it as breakfast or snack.
