1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon water
These are easy-to-make quantities. Adjust the amount of sugar according to the number of sheets of skin you have on hand.
How to make
Cut dumpling skins in half.Twist the dumpling skin into a stick shape, and then press both ends tightly together. It is easier to do this if you wet your hands with a little water.
Arrange them on a baking sheet without overlapping and microwave (500W) for 1 minute and 20 seconds without covering with plastic wrap. If not cooked enough, add 10 seconds at a time until crispy.
Heat sugar and water in a frying pan over medium heat. When it gets hot, add the dumpling skins and toss them all together.
Remove to a plate and sprinkle with sugar or riced sesame seeds, etc. as desired.
