Stir-fried cabbage and fried miso
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)1/4 cabbage, 2 fried tofu, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of miso and sake
1 tablespoon sugar and soy sauce
Grated ginger or 1 teaspoon tube
Appropriate amount of white sesame
How to makeMix miso, sake, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger in a container to make a sauce.
Cut cabbage into 2 to 3 cm squares, and cut one thick fried tofu into 3 x 3 9 equal parts.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the fried tofu. Add cabbage and fry further after roasting while rolling.
When the cabbage is tender, add sauce and entangle it all over. Boil lightly to remove water.
