"Kuroge Wagyu Sukiyaki Set Meal" uses shoulder loin meat, which is characterized by soft and strong lean meat with moderately sashimi (fat). In order to fully enjoy Japanese black beef, 130g (4.59oz) of shoulder loin and Chinese cabbage, green onions, mizuna, tofu, shirataki noodles, and udon noodles are simmered in a sweet sauce with a soy sauce flavor. Sukiyaki, which is made by entwining raw eggs with Japanese black beef with a rich umami flavor and ingredients that are soaked in the umami flavor, is a perfect dish for celebrating the New Year.


At Yayoiken, the winter classic "sukiyaki set meal" is also on sale. Beef, Chinese cabbage, green onions, tofu, shirataki noodles, and udon noodles are simmered in a sweet soy sauce sauce, and you can get half the amount of vegetables you need each day. The price is 890 yen (tax included).
