"Single Origin Chocolate" at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo will sell four chocolate series in collaboration with the Japanese bean to bar chocolate maker "green bean to bar CHOCOLATE" from December 20th.

green bean to bar CHOCOLATE is a bean to bar chocolate maker that carefully selects and directly purchases only high quality cacao beans from cacao farms around the world and makes them by hand. In order to maximize the individuality of cacao beans such as aroma and flavor, we are particular about using only single-origin cacao beans and organic sugar.

There are 4 types of chocolates to be released this time, 2 types of "Chocolate Bar" and 2 types of "Bonbon Chocolat Assortment". The chocolate bar is made by purchasing cacao beans carefully selected from production areas such as Peru and Madagascar, and paying particular attention to the composition to emphasize their individuality, so that you can enjoy different flavors such as "creamy" and "fruity".

Bonbon chocolate, on the other hand, comes in two assortments, four and eight, with a combination of pralines and ganache, which have fun flavors such as black sesame, framboise, and coffee. In order to bring out the best flavor, cocoa beans from different origins such as Peru and Costa Rica are used according to each.
