Winter menu on Segafredo

The cafe chain "Segafredo Zanetti Espresso" will sell a new winter menu with the theme of Piedmont, Italy, such as the limited-time drink "Piedmont Legaro (with chocolate)". It will be available from December 18th.

The limited-time drink "Piedmont Legaro (with chocolate)" is 520 yen. Enjoy Segafredo's proud espresso with "Gianduja" from Caffarel, a chocolate that represents Piedmont. "Legaro" is an Italian word meaning a gift.

You can taste the espresso and chocolate as they are, or you can pour the espresso into milk foam to make macchiato and then drink it with chocolate.

Panini

From the classic menu Panini, "Focaccia Bacon Toki no Gorgonzola Cream" will be available. The selling price is 580 yen. Focaccia with a chewy texture is sandwiched between Piedmont's specialty Gorgonzola cheese, grilled Maitake mushrooms, and bacon, and is finished with a white sauce-based taste that makes you want to eat in winter.

Each order is baked in a panini toaster, so you can enjoy the contrast between the browned outer bread and the ingredients inside.

"Truffle cream tagliolini" will appear in the pasta. The selling price is 820 yen.

Piedmont's specialty truffles are made into a cream sauce with bacon and finished with an egg yolk-style sauce. A dish suitable for the coming season that goes well with tagliolini, which is a pasta with a chewy texture.

There are three types of antipasto appetizers: "Grilled vegetables and chicken Bagna cauda style", "Truffle scented adult potato salad", and "Warm beef stewed gratin". The selling price is 430 yen each.

"Grilled vegetables and chicken Bagna cauda style" is an original recipe of Bagna cauda, which originated in Piedmont. The rich special sauce with anchovies and garlic goes well with grilled vegetables and chicken.

"Truffle-scented adult potato salad" is a Piedmont-style potato salad with anchovies and dill sprinkled with truffle oil to create a fragrant dish.

"Warm beef tendon stewed gratin" is made by putting stewed beef tendon on mashed potatoes, sprinkling cheese on it, and baking it in a gratin style. Stewed dishes are a characteristic of Piedmont cuisine.

Dolce

"Bianca Amore (Amaretti scented peach panna cotta)" will be prepared for Dolce. The selling price is 460 yen. Originating in Piedmont, "Panna Cotta" is colorfully finished with raspberry and peach sauce and topped with traditional Italian baked goods Amaretti.
