From the domestic wheat series of Pasco Shikishima, "Three kinds of domestic wheat soybean bread" and "Domestic wheat silk fluffy chiffon walnut maple" will be released on January 1, 2021.

Pasco has been developing domestic wheat bread for many years with the aim of contributing to the improvement of food self-sufficiency. By selecting and blending the most suitable varieties from various domestic wheats cultivated in various parts of Japan and using them widely, we bring out the characteristics and deliciousness of each product. We propose a wide variety of lineups with the desire to know more about the deliciousness of domestic wheat.

"Three kinds of domestic wheat beans" are "Azuki" with elegant sweetness and rich flavor, "Shirote dead beans" with stickiness and a refreshing taste, and "Uguisu beans" with a refreshing sweetness. Uses 3 types. Using domestic wheat dough with a soft and simple taste and moist and smooth custard cream, the texture and taste of beans (kanoko) are enhanced.

"Domestic wheat silk fluffy chiffon walnut maple" uses domestic wheat flour and tops the chiffon cake dough, which is soft and light like silk, with walnuts as an accent to the texture. The chiffon cake dough with a hint of maple flavor and the rich walnuts go great together.
