MONTEUR's new product " Prince Cake " released on December 1st. A dessert that combines pudding and sponge cake into one, and comes in two flavors: plain and chocolate. On the internet, people who ate it were already saying "delicious", and the editorial department was also interested, so I tried it!


"Pudding cake" is a two-layer cake made by layering pudding and sponge dough. The top is topped with caramel sauce.

Delicious! First, the sponge unravels softly, and then the pudding melts and spreads smoothly, leaving a lingering finish. The sponge is relatively refreshing and melts in your mouth, while the pudding is rich and creamy, and is rich enough to wrap your tongue. On the other hand, "Purin Cake Chocolate" is a cake made with two layers of chocolate pudding mousse using Belgian chocolate and chocolate sponge. Chocolate paste is placed on the top surface.



When I tried it, I was surprised at how thick the chocolate was! After the sponge melts, the thick chocolate pudding melts and spreads the bittersweet cacao flavor in your mouth. On the other hand, "Prince Cake Chocolate" is rich in cacao and more delicious, so I would like to recommend it to those who like bitter chocolate. In any case, the quality is similar to that of a cake from a pastry shop, and it has a special feeling, so I was happy to buy it at the supermarket.
