Cup noodles "Tatelong Wakame Ramen Shijimi Dashi / Soy Sauce" will be released from Acecook. From December 21st, it will be available at supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.

The estimated price is 220 yen (excluding tax), and the content is 89g (3.14oz) (70g (2.47oz) of noodles). One of the long-selling "Wakame Ramen" series, it was created as a flavor to support irregular life at the end of the year.

The noodles are smooth round-edged noodles with moderate crispness. The soup is based on soy sauce and has a well-balanced combination of the umami of freshwater clams and the richness of fish sauce, giving it a rich flavor. Ginger and white pepper are used as accents, and it is devised so that the taste will not get tired until the end. Kayaku is a combination of richly flavored wakame seaweed, sesame seeds, moderately seasoned menma, and colorful corn.

In addition, the amino acid "ornithine" contained in freshwater clams is included. The amount is 300 clams, which is 100 more than the similar flavor released last December 2019. This ornithine is not derived from freshwater clams but is manufactured by fermentation.
