When you eat a bite, you can feel the fluffy sweetness of the bread, the large and chewy texture of "Noto Dainagon Azuki", and the elegant sweetness.

The base "Kanazawa" Raw "Bread Premium" is manufactured using mascarpone cheese, 47% fat cream, pure honey, three times as much butter as usual, and milk without using water.
