Hidakaya "Chige Miso Ramen

Hidakaya, a Chinese chain restaurant, announced on its official website that it will start selling "Chige Miso Ramen" as a limited-time menu item on December 11. The price is 640 yen per serving (tax included, same below).

Hidakaya is a chain of restaurants located mainly in the Kanto region (Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Ibaraki, and Tochigi). In addition to the standard "Chinese soba" (390 yen) and "miso ramen" (540 yen), seasonal ramen are also available.

The "Chige Miso Ramen" is a popular menu item that appears in winter every year and has been well received by Hidakaya customers.


It is made with chives, Chinese cabbage kimchi, onions, and original miso, a spicy miso. Each stir-fried ingredient is combined with the soup to add sweetness and spiciness to the rich flavor, and a beaten egg is added to mellow the taste. The addition of the beaten egg mellows out the flavor. The result is a dish that can be enjoyed by anyone.
