The sake "Sake Dashi-wari Cup", which you can drink like soup, is on sale from December 8th. A product jointly developed by Toyo Beverage and Mitsubishi Shokuhin. The content is 200 ml, and the estimated price is 198 yen (excluding tax).

"Dashi" is gaining attention due to the opening of "Dashi Bar" and the launch of "Wadashi Beverage" by a famous beverage maker. The "Sake Dashi-wari Cup" that will be released this time is made by dividing sake with a tasty dashi stock.

Using Yamasa soy sauce white soup stock that uses four soup stocks based on light soy sauce, a 1: 3 blend of domestic sake and white soup stock with umami and sourness. This exquisite blend ratio enhances the umami and sweetness, resulting in a deep and mellow taste. Alcohol content is 4%.


Adopted a "microwave oven compatible cup" that can be warmed so that you can relax slowly while warming your body in the cold winter. You can easily enjoy adult "soup liquor" at home. The recommended warming time is 70 seconds for 500W, 60 seconds for 600W, and 30 seconds for 1500W.
