"Apple cookie" is the brand's first new product. An original cookie with apples that expresses the taste of the four popular "apple pies" that have been offered as a regular menu since the opening of the business. Like the apple pie, the cute apple-shaped cookie, which has the image of "cookies made by Grandma Smith" and is particular about homemade style, is finished so that you can enjoy the individuality of each of the four different flavors.


"French Damand" is a crispy and fragrant dough with crushed almonds and almond poodles and cinnamon. "England Custard" is kneaded with custard cream, which is rich in flavor of eggs with a soft vanilla scent, and is baked to a gentle sweetness. "Dutch crumble" is made by adding a hint of whiskey to the rich sweetness of molasses and kneading a generous amount of fragrant walnuts. "Classic rum raisins" is a combination of the raisin flavor kneaded into the dough and the mellow scent of rum.
